JENNIFER RUHL

Jennifer Ruhl, Broker-Salesperson, is not only the top-selling agent for Ravenscraft Realty, she is also among the top producers in all of Northeast Missouri.  Jennifer is the third generation of real estate professionals in her family. Her mother, the late Becky Motzkus, was a real estate legend in the area. She taught Jennifer the ropes as the top agent at Ravenscraft Realty and now Jennifer has even topped her mom’s impressive sales numbers. As the recent past President of the Mark Twain Board of Realtors, Jennifer is committed to ethical professionalism and expertise in the real estate market. As a native of the area, Jennifer concentrates on sales in Marion, Ralls, Monroe, Shelby and Pike counties. She’s based in the Ravenscraft Realty Hannibal office and is a member of the Jaycees and an active member and volunteer at the Crossing Church.
